该项目坐落于上海古北国际商务区的核心区域，紧邻新虹桥绿地，上海交通大动脉延安高架。该项目是SOHO中国在上海的最新力作，
属于超甲级办公楼，LEED金级认证，总建筑面积约158648平米。

Gubei SOHO is located in the heart of Gubei CBD, adjecent to New Hongqiao Center Garden,Shanghai Traffic Aperture Yan’an Elevated,and Inner Ring Elevated.
It is the lastest masterpiece of SOHO China in Shanghai. The project belongs to Super Grade A office building and has obtained LEED Gold certification.
the total construction area is about 15.8648sqm.
